Rigid LATCH System Provides Extra SecurityThe rigid LATCH system locks the seat to your vehicle's LATCH anchorage system, ensuring a proper installation each time you use it. This system also helps prevent the seat from becoming a projectile in the event of a collision when the child is not a passenger in the car. (The seat can also be used in vehicles without these anchors.)
This seat conforms to all applicable FMVSS Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards in the United States.
Reclining Seat Back and Adjustable Headrest for ComfortDesigned with a free-pivoting seat back, the booster seat can recline up to 12 degrees when attached to the LATCH system--simply slide it forward on the anchors (recline not available if the seat is not attached to a LATCH system). Padded side bolsters on the headrest also make sleeping in the car more comfortable. The headrest is adjustable to accommodate your growing child, and soft armrests offer a handy resting spot for
